Description: |
Enjoy the relaxing and exclusive atmosphere at Oliva Nova Golf. The course is on the Mediterranean coast midway between Valencia, to the north, and Alicante, to the south, just north of Denia. We recommend flying to Valencia or Alicante and hiring a car at the airport. You can then drive to Oliva in less than an hour. We have also taken advantage of cheap flights to Madrid and the drive from there is about 4 hours.
Our apartment is on the Oliva Nova Golf complex and consequently benefits from 24 hour security and is walking distance from the club house, the supermarket and the Oliva Nova Golf Hotel with its excellent restaurants, bars and health & beauty complex.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard to make your stay as comfortable aspossible and you will have the use of our shared private garden and swimming pool and your own undercover parking space in the garage beneath the building. A lift from the garage takes you to your door on the first floor.
The huge terrace/balcony directly overlooks the golf course to the front and has views over the orange groves to the mountains behind.
Oliva is a lovely little town and we love this whole coast line. You can easily get to Gandia (north) and Denia (south) in about 15 minutes and further afield (but still not more than hour away) are Valencia and Alicante. We have stayed here for a number of years and our kids love it too.

Living room / diner. Split unit Hitachi air conditioner/heater, dining table/chairs (for 4), L-shaped sofa unit, 20 inch flat-screen TV (Spanish programs), DVD player (good rental shop in Oliva), door to front terrace.
Kitchen. dishwasher, electric cooker with ceramic hob and extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery, cutlery & glassware, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric toaster.
Shower room / WC. (towels supplied). Please note that we have two shower rooms but no bath.
Bedroom 1. double bed. bed linen supplied, en suite shower room and WC. (towels supplied), large wardrobe, ceiling fan, door to balcony.
Bedroom 2. 2 single beds, bed linen supplied, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan.
Terrace / balcony. The terrace is exceptionally large. It overlooks the golf course to the front and left and to the rear you can see over the orange groves to the mountains. It is tiled and is a lovely place to relax if you want a rest from the beach, pool or golf course. Has wooden patio table and chairs (4) and sun loungers (4).
Utility room (lockable)- in garage. Washing machine and space for golf clubs / beach paraphernalia.
Swimming Pool. The pool is shared by only ten apartments in the block and is maintained weekly to ensure the water is clean.
