This apartment is on the beachfront and has magnificent unobstructed views of the castle and the coastline as far as Benicarlo and Vinaroz.
There are THREE bedrooms - TWO leading onto the terrace one with double bed and fitted wardrobes and the other with TWO SINGLE BEDS and fitted wardrobes). The third bedroom has one single bed and fitted wardrobe. Two bathrooms (one with bath, shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin and the other with shower, toilet and washbasin), there is also a large lounge with dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. Two lifts near reception can be used to gain access to the apartment or to the beach.
TWO bedrooms and the LOUNGE open on to the terrace. Dining table and six chairs on the terrace.
The apartment is on the BEACHFRONT and FIVE minutes walk to the centre of Peniscola. There is also private parking at the rear of the building and your own designated covered parking space.
Bedlinen and towels will be provided for you. There will also be an information folder for you to help you enjoy your stay. Supermarkets are within walking distance.
Local Facilities include shopping centre, small shops, chemists, restaurants, pubs, clubs, cafe, internet cafes, cinema, harbour, museum, church and local street market which takes place on Monday morning.
Access to the apartment can be gained at the back of the building for depositing luggage etc and there are steps at the front of the building leading down to the beach and to walk into town.
WHAT TO DO IN THE AREA
The OLD TOWN with Medieval Streets is home to many restaurants, bars and shops.
CASTELLON has a brand new shopping centre and is 40 minutes drive away.
WATER SPORTS are available on the South Beach in Peniscola.
The SIERRA DE IRTA NATIONAL PARK is close by and ideal for mountian walks.
PORT ADVENTURA by Univeral Studios is approximately an hours drive away and perfect for a family day out.
BOAT TRIPS are available and include a visit to the famous Columbrette Islands.
The EBRO DELTA is 25 minutes drive and fantastic for fishing, bird watching or just enjoying the fabulous landscape.
BARCELONA IS 2 hours away and VALENCIA is 1 hour 40 minutes.
