Very spacious terrace with direct seaviews and views to Gibraltar and Marocco on clear days. On the terrace you will find sunblinds, sunbeds, table and chairs. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic plates, microwave etc. There is also a washingmachine. The spacious livingroom with dinning area also has direct seaviews, and is eqquiped with sofa area, TV, music eqquipment (Tape/Radio/CD) and the dinning table for 6 persons. The apartment is completely eqquiped in all rooms with air conditioning/heating. The apartment is set in an enclosed complex with free parking, 4 swimming pools, and direct acces to the beach etc. Close to shops and other restaurants. Close to tennis courts and very well-know golf corses like Cabopino Golf , Golf Rio Real, Santa María Golf and Santa Clara Golf. Only 10 minutes drive to the Center of Marbella and 15 minutes drive from Puerto Banús. Maid service available. |
