Sitting room/dinning room has a extendable dining table with seating for four, and sofas/beds ( sleeps 4 ) and ceiling fan. The digital TV has European and English channels. There is a DVD and some films. The new kitchen is well-equipped with microven, toaster, electric kettle, gas cooker and a large fridge. All kitchen utencils and cutlery are available. The newly refurbished toilet has a power shower and washing machine. The double bedroom has large wardrobes and storage space. There are two large spectacular swimming pools for your use right under the balcony which is an impressive sight. these are useable during summer months. The nearby main town of Torrevieja has attractions like an aqua park, hypermarket, sport palace; and has many other things to see including a (night-time, late) fleamarket, funfair by the sea and plenty of shops and retaurants. there is secure gated car parking. Whether you want to relax by the pool in season, want to relax or walk along the sandy beaches, swim in the warm, lovely blue Mediterranean sea, explore the many unique shops in the town centre with its harbour and Promenade, visit the fair, go to the Aqua Park, take a boat trip. may be instead you want go clubbing, line dancing or salsa There is plenty of night life. Torrevieja has it all. Torrevieja has one of the largest street markets in Spain and every Friday, people come from miles around to pick up a bargain from clothes, shoes, electrical, household, fruit and veg or even a spit roast chicken you will find it here.there are other street markets everyday of the week somewhere around this area of Punta Prima, about two km from the main town. For beach lovers in this Costa Blanca region of Alicnte ther are miles and miles of Blue Flag beaches starting only 5 minutes from the apartment. For the sport lover many water sports are available with a large sport palace in town. Golf : For the golfer there is a large selection of courses including the championship Vilamartin course. Within a short distance are the Las Ramblas and Campoamor golf courses. La Finca and Quesda are new golf courses a short drive away. The famous La Manga and about 15 other golf courses are found in the Costa Blanca region. With a car on hire ( very cheap rates ) visit the towns of Elche,Murcia, Orihuela, Alicante and Valencia. Due to the 320 day sunshine and two largest salt lakes in Europe resulting in low humidity this area is declared one of the healthiest places by the World Health Organistion. The mud of the lakes is said to relieve the symtoms of arthritis,rhematism, eczema and other skin ailments.

From many airports in UK Ryanair, Easyjet,bmibaby,thompsonair operate low cost flights to these airports. There is charge of £45.99 for cleaning after you leave, and welcome pack of £9.99 for two persons. please add £4.99 for each extra person. there is a small charge of £4.99 for use of TV/DVD oer week. for reasons of health security please bring your own beach towels. 50% of the non-refundable payment is due immediately to secure the booking; the remaing 50% must be paid not less than four weeks before departure. There is a security/breakage/damage/keys deposit of £60, which only is refundabe into your bank account, after departure from the apartment. All other payments are non refundable. you can pay by credit card through convenient www.paypal.com - this is a secure and safe payment method; you need to only add a small 3% charges for paying by this credit card method. if you arrive or depart after 9pm there is an additional late night charge of 5GBP per each hour after 9pm. mid-week bookings may have an extra charge. you will find that even after all these small essential charges our rental is less than others of less compareable apartments. please note that arrival and departure time is 11am. there may be discounts available from time to time due to cancellations. please enquire. for longer periods of over 2 weeks or more please contact to negotiate a discount. please note that the rental prices are for the apartment - not per person !
