Description: |
The villa is five minutes drive or easy walk to the village of Campoverde and less then ten minute drive to the town of Pilar de la Horadada and the many sandy beaches. The Mar Menor is just a short distance away with its many water sports. For golfers there are three golf courses within 25 minutes. We are close to the airport of Murcia and about 45 minutes, all motorway, from Alicante airport.
The villa is in a very quiet location but only five minutes walk from new bars, restaurants and shops opening through the summer. There is use of a swimming pool and childrens pool.
The old village of Campoverde also has many restaurants, bars and supermarkets. There are also tennis courts and a bar/restaurant with an open air pool, great for families, kids can play while parents enjoy sunbathing and perhaps a beer or two.
The villa is south facing and has the sun on the front terrace and solarium all day. Excellent for thoses who want to escape the English weather for winter sun.

Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob. Two twin bedded rooms on ground floor, south facing bedroom is air conditioned, bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. Stairs lead to main bedroom, airconditioned, with en suite shower, toilet and basin. Patio doors leads from main bedroom onto solarium with patio furniture and loungers. Villa is alarmed. Towels, tea towels and bedding provided. |
