Description: |
Our villa is a modern, south facing, luxury villa situated on Cumbre Del Sol with magnificent views over the sea from many of the windows and a stunning view of the coastline from the roof terrace. It sleeps 10 people comfortably, plus cot for infants. Set in a quiet residential area the air-conditioned villa is on one level and consists of 5 bedrooms (2 double with ensuite, 3 twins) and a large family bathroom. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and have fitted wardrobes. Three of the bedrooms have patio doors which lead onto the terrace and pool area.
The living area is large and open plan with a comfortably furnished lounge area with doors leading to terrace and pool. TV, DVD and CD player are provided along with a selection of DVDs and CDs suitable for all ages. A PS2 games console is also available. The dining area is adjacent to the very spacious and well equipped kitchen which includes granite worktops and breakfast bar, electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. The washing machine is located in a small utility room.
The terrace consists of a floodlit 10x5m private swimming pool with roman steps and a large covered area for those seeking the shade.There is an extensive range of patio furniture (loungers, chairs etc) for those who wish to take advantage of the sun terrace. There is also a roof terrace accessed via a spiral staircase at the front of the villa. This provides stunning views of the coastline and surrounding areas. Further patio areas and furniture are situated around the well kept gardens. The villa lies on a flat plot making it ideal for children of all ages.
Moraira has a beautiful marina and town centre which boasts many restaurants, bars and shops. There are three local blue flag, sandy beaches and for golf lovers there are numerous golf courses only a short drive away.
