This fabulous brand new english family owned penthouse apartment situated 2 mins walk from the beach, restaurants and shops of the Port of Alcudia marina. The apartment comprises of two double bedrooms one of which is en suite. It has two bathrooms a modern fitted kitchen and a living room which opens out to the terrace that overlooks the stunning scenery of the mountains and Alcudia.The apartment has full air conditioning and all home comforts including Satellite TV, DVD and Playstation.The apartment has heating for the winter as it is available throughout the year.This apartment is suitable for everyone as well as Families with young children and it has a lift.We will also let people store cycles in the apartment.
Alcudia is situated on the North East coast of Mallorca and is surrounded by the mountains and countryside typical of this part of the island.Alcudia has a beautiful long sandy beach with shallow blue Mediterranean sea which is perfect for Families with small children
The Port of Alcudia where the apartment located has a Marina with lots of shops and restaurants with a wide board walk promenade, it has some of the best fish restaurants on the island. In the surrounding area there are Golf courses which boast some of the best courses in Mallorca as well as Water park and walks in the Mountains with stunning scenery.
This is our 4th year renting our apartment and we have had many happy holiday makers enjoying the apartment. People have fell in love with Mallorca after visiting our apartment and we have had many customers returning again.
