Lovely 4 bedroom house on prestigeous Resort nr. Fuengirola/La Cala. Costa del Sol, Andalusia, Spain

Villa Sol y Mar is privately owned and located in the prestigious Marina del Sol Resort close to El Faro Lighthouse and to the shores of the clear blue Mediterranean. Just 30 minutes from Malaga Airport, the Resort enjoys one of the best positions on the Costa del Sol. The beautiful tropical gardens flourish in an area which has probably the finest climate in Europe with an average of 320 days sunshine a year. There are sandy beaches just a short stroll away and a large swimming pool right outside the back door of the property. The Town House style Villa has a light and airy feel with marble floors throughout. The four good sized bedrooms have ceiling fans and ample wardrobe space. There are two full bathrooms upstairs and a further cloakroom with wc etc. downstairs. A new kitchen has recently been fitted which is very well equipped for self catering. The separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier, ironing facilities etc.
The Marina del Sol resort is located between the popular towns of Fuengirola and La Cala. There is a regular train from Fuengirola to the historic City of Malaga and an excellent public transport system. The resort is fully self contained and has entertainment, bars, restaurants, shop, bakery and supermarket. Visitors have full access to all the facilities of the Gold Crown Resort which is well managed and well maintained. There is a doctors surgery on site, a "land train" which runs continuously throughout the day and evening, and uniformed security service.
