Description: |
This luxuriously appointed, contemporary villa has been designed to meet the highest standards for a family holiday. The interior of the villa boasts double height ceilings in the lounge and dining area and a stunning American style kitchen / bar. The villa is situated in the exclusive Balcon al Mar area of Javea and within a minutes walk of a good supermarket, tennis courts and several bars and restaurants. For the childrens entertainment there is a fully equipped games room with slate bed pool table, PS2 with TV and video. The villa has has wifi broadband internet access fitted and is free of charge to our guests, just bring your lap top!
The villa has been built to the very highest standards. The bathrooms have imported Italian marble and modern contemporary taps. Each bedroom has built in cupboards and is supplied with a hairdryer and alarm clock. All bedrooms have air conditioning which is available free of charge from 7pm - 7am there are also ceiling fans if you prefer. The master bedroom has a private terrace with bistro table and chairs, perfect for an intimate breakfast or drinks. The other terrace is a large area perfect for dinner with friends.
Outside the pool is a large 10m x 5m kidney shape with roman steps to one end. There are plenty of outside toys to amuse various ages.
There is a barbecue area with a shaded pergola which will seat 12. There are also 10 sun loungers and various patio seating along with a large patio umbrella for added shade. Set in grounds of 1/4 acre there is plenty of room to get away from it all.
Under a 5 minutes walk from the villa is a good supermarket with an excellent bakery and deli. Within the same area are several tennis courts both clay and hard court. There is also a large swimming pool with a bar and takeaway pizza restaurant. A further 2 minutes walk down the road will bring you to the stunning cliffs of the Cap de la Nao and two further restaurants serving both traditional and European fayre.
Javea is a 5 minute drive away and has so much to offer for a perfect holiday. Its beach is large, safe and sandy. The Port area has an upmarket cosmopolitan buzz and the ancient Pueblo dates back to the 15c, and no high rise package hotel in sight!

Special notes
A 30% booking deposit secures reservation, an additional £300 security deposit is payable to cover the loss of villa key, breakages etc and is payable 12 weeks prior to arrival when the balance of the rental is due. This security deposit will be returned in full within 10 days after rental period ends and after the villa has been checked. All linen, bath towels provided, pool towels available to hire, please ask for details. Villa cleaned between lets only. Additional maid service available at extra charge. For periods requiring heating there is an additional charge of 80 euros per week payable locally. 100 Euros final clean charge is payable locally. |
