Description: |
Lovely 2 bedroom Bungalow placed within an exclusive private quiet and open complex, the complex forms a square and within this square is a large swimming pool, this pool is exclusive to the 18 bungalows. The bungalow has its own private drive parkway. Southern solarium views are open to the sea & mountains beyond. The bungalow offers a quiet private holiday with all amenities right on your door step.
Changeover: We generally require between 12noon and 4pm to carryout this procedure.
Completed in 2004 in a pleasant newly developed residential area.
The Bungalow consists, large lounge with cable UK TV, dining area and outside terrace. A fully equipped kitchen leads to the rear terrace leading to a large furnished roof solarium with great open views to the mountains beyond, infact you are also able to see the sea from up here. 2 well appointed bedrooms the master bedroom is complete with its own en-suit the 2nd bedroom has use of the family bathroom. sleeps a family of 4 extra foldy bed for fifth person
Both bedrooms and the lounge are fully air conditioned (No pets and NO smoking].
Outside we have exclusive use of the large pool and outdoor shower, this pool is private to the 18 bungalows within the enclosed complex. from sunrise to sunset the bungalow and pool area is bathed in sunlight all year round.
Local amenities include, several banks, large supermarket [4 minute walk],
+ further supermarkets, national health doctor, pharmacy, dentist, tourist info, newsagent, and plenty of bars and restaurants. There is a good local bus service from La Marina to all local towns and markets as well as to La Marina beaches during the summer . Our own market thursdays and sundays
La Marina del Mar is located 25 minutes south of Alicante city and Airport, 20 minutes North of the busy sea side resort of Torrevieja.
Golf at Rojales 10 minutes, Las Ramblas, Villa Martin, Campoamor 20 minutes, La Manga 45 minutes. Algofar 20mins.
5 minutes by car will take you to the blue flag beaches of La Marina a 5km stretch of sandy coastline, the local beach also sports a restaurant / bar.
Eating out: You will find a wide range of bars and restaurants in La Marina and the surrounding areas such as Guardamar, Santa Pola, Alicante and Torrevieja
Places to visit such as Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia water park are a great day out for all age groups, located to the east side of Benidorm a little less than a 1 hour drive from La Marina.
Free airport run from Alicante airport direct to Bungalow and return
