Description: |
From young to senior (I wont say old) Calahonda is the place to be if you want the most from your holiday, Golf, Water Sports, Trekking, Horse Riding, Site Seeing, Eating Out, shopping or just lazing about on the beach, are all within easy reach of Calahonda.
Malaga airport - 30 minutes, Fuengirola - 10 minutes, Puerto Banus - 10 minutes, Marbell - 10 minutes, Gibralter - 60 minutes

Suitable for families couples, or the senior amongst you (some climbing of steep steps required to reach some of the pools) the apartment is located in a quiet and secure complex with access via remote control security gates, the complex is ideally situated with the holiday resort of Calahonda to the front and the rural setting of Spain to the rear where you can stroll to your hearts content. The complex offers 3 swimming pools, with one of the pools being 20 metres to the rear of the apartment, where on a clear day you can also see Gibralter. With a selection of grassed areas, palm trees, flowers and play park all of which are tastefully lit at night which makes for an idyllic setting.
The apartment itself is 5 metres from a private parking bay, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is en suite), both bathrooms have a bath / shower (master bathroom whirlpool bath). 2 Large patios to the front a rear with access via patio doors from both bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The separate kitchen has all the facilities you would expect to find in your own home. Master bedroom has a king size bed and 2 singles in the other bedroom. The living room has a pull out sofa bed allowing adults to be accommodated comfortably. The apartment and furniture still look brand new. Satellite TV is installed in the apartment.
A small road train stops at the end of the road (5 min walk) which will take you to all the local shops and beach. In order for you to get the most from your stay a car is recommended for at least part of your holiday, however, not essential.
My agents (Steve and Michelle) live on the complex and will be present on your arrival to hand over keys, ensure the hot water and fridge/freezer are on, show you how everything works and to generally ensure that you are happy. On request they can also provide the following: Airport collection, pre-arrival food packs, car hire and laundry service.
