Description: |
Our villa is a lovely newly built house in 2004. The house has 1 kingsize bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable lounge and dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen. There is parking in the driveway for two cars. The roof terrace (solarium) has open views and is ideal for private sunbathing. The house has the sun all day, the garden terrace provides shade in the height of summer. The house has its own private pool with outside shower and a big lovely palmtree.
The area is ideally situated for golfers and non-golfers and their families. 5 mins from VillaMartin Golf plus many more championship courses close by. Only 15 minutes stroll or 5 minutes by car to the popular and well-established Villamartin Plaza where you will find numerous restaurants, bars, shops and banks. The sandy beaches at La Zenia and Cabo Roig are only a short drive.
On the ground floor there is one bedroom and a shower room, which makes it accessible for the elderly or infirm, also on the ground floor is a comfortable lounge/dining area. The couch in the lounge also turns into a double bed if needed. The house has a TV with full SKY satellite package. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a full oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. On the first floor there is a further 2 bedrooms which share a balcony and a bathroom with bath / shower and bidee. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans.
Information is available for nursery equipment hire and airport transfers.
Usual changeover flexible, check in after 2 pm, check out before 10 am. This can also be flexible dependant on if other renters are checking out/in.
