Description: |
The house has spacious accommodation for 6 people in 3 ample sized bedrooms and has a secluded roof sun terrace. The property is comfortably furnished and has marble floors throughout. The house is just a short car ride from many beautiful local beaches and places of interest.
There is a beautifully furnished large lounge/diner with comfortable seating area, satellite TV (English terrestrial stations), DVD player and dining table with 6 places.
The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Crockery and cutlery is available for at least 6 people. There is a small downstairs cloakroom with toilet.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 with air conditioning. These are: a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite (bath with shower, bidet & toilet), the other two bedrooms have twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and there is also a central bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
The central stairway leads up to the private and secluded roof sun terrace.
There is a key and telephone entry system to the community development with a shared pool and attractive gardens. The property has a south facing patio area to the rear through French windows. Over the rear lounge window and patio is a large sun blind.
Golf: There are 32 courses within 1 hours drive, idyllic for the serious golfer.
Local amenities: There are supermarkets in Sabinillas which is a nearby shopping area 10 minutes by car. There are marinas at Duquesa, Estepona and Sotogrande. There are numerous restaurants with a variety of cuisine ranging from authentic Spanish, to Italian, Chinese and Indian within a short distance. There are several specialist fish and beef restaurants for the serious gourmet.

Journey times from the local airports are 1 hour 10 mins from Malaga, 30 minutes from Gibraltar or 1 hour 20 minutes from Jerez.
