<Villa in Sitges, Spain: Las Palomas Catalanas offers luxurious, fully furnished accommodations with full kitchen, spacious terrace and sun decks overlooking Sitges and the Mediterranean. Among our many home-like features are: ~Two sets of quality linens per person, including beach towels during summer. ~Modern kitchen with frost-free refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, juicer, coffee maker and utensils such as pots, pans, dishes, glassware, flatware & spices. ~Direct dial telephone, which allows Internet access. Free for incoming calls; reasonable cost for outgoing calls. ~International Satellite TV with CNN, MSNBC, Euro sports, Spanish TV and many others plus radio/cassette/CD stereo system. DVD, which plays U.S. and European videos. In addition, 144 has a VHS player, which plays U.S. & European videos; 143 has a VHS player for European Videos and 145 has a Beta VCR with extensive Beta video collection. ~Local manager who speaks English, French, Dutch and Spanish.

These rates are for 3 bedrooms and 2 3/4 bathrooms villa. Prices for 2, 4, 6 or 7 bedrooms villas will be quoted upon request. Staying two consecutive weeks 10% discount. Three consecutive weeks 20% discount. Four consecuitve weeks 30 % discount.Air condition is available with a surcharge pèr week of 150 euros for 2 or 3 bedrooms and 275 euros for 4 or 6 bedrooms. A 5% service charge will be added to each rental in lieu of gratuities for the greeting and housekeeping staff. Service charge is added to the first week’s undiscounted rate only.
