The beach is a short stroll and you can enjoy every amenity close-by. It is part of a new prestige development known as El Toyo, including a fabulous golf course, which is a par-72 championship 18 hole public course (Alboran Golf). El Toyo is right next to Retamar.
The quite residential site houses three-storey bioclimatic buildings, communal pools, sport facilities and gardens with children playground.
In the private garden you can enjoy a barbecue al fresco contemplating the moon over the sea.
Almeria International Airport is an excellent starting point for your journey. The apartment is 10 minutes from the airport, 90 minutes from Granada, 120 minutes from Murcia and 150 minutes from Malaga.
Almeria, the provincial capital, can be reached in around 15 minutes. Packed with fine eateries, discos, clubs, bars, restaurants and world-class shopping, Almeria is also steeped in history with its Moorish Castle, the Alcazaba, a must see attraction. The small towns of El Alquian and Cabo de Gata are 5 and 10 minutes away, respectively.
