Welcome to Villa Bougainvillea which is situated in a quiet, elevated area of Calpe, with spectacular views, but only minutes by car from shops, beaches and restaurants.
Alicante Airport is 1 hours drive away and Valencia Airport is also an option, though a little further.
The villa is enclosed by walls and a lockable gate. It is totally private with well attended gardens and fruit trees,tastefully furnished and maintained to a very high standard throughout, with every comfort for a relaxing holiday.
The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom with dressing room, en-suite shower/ toilet and patio doors to it’s own terrace. Also on the ground floor Bedroom 2 has twin beds and bedroom 3 has 1 single bed. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom.
Bedroom 4 is situated on the first floor, and has 1 double bed and an adjacent bathroom.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans, mosquito screens and fitted wardrobes.
The large kitchen contains electric oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster,coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher, and is fully equipped for 7 people (including children and infants)
The lounge and dining room are tastfully furnished and provide satellite television (free-to-view), DVD player and stereo system, along with a selection of DVDs and CDs for your enjoyment.
Make your way through patio doors to a raised terrace with sun awning for shade, and steps down to the pool terraces with well attended gardens overlooking the coast and mountains.
Take a choice of three equipped terraces for al-fresco dining. The main pool terrace has a Spanish style BBQ, gazebo, sunbeds and parasols.

Please add £50 per week for Easter and Spring Bank Holiday.
Use of travel cot & highchair £25 per week
25% non- refundable deposit on booking with balance payable 8 weeks prior to occupancy.We also require £200 damage deposit which is re-fundable.
Changeover day is normally Saturday, but could be flexible on request in low season.
Optional weekly linen change is available at £7p.p.
