CASA MAGIA ~ the "Magic House". A typical Spanish design with its Valencian architecture, very private, set in its own beautiful landscaped gardens full of mature palms and tropical plants, in the picturesque Montemar/Benissa Area of Moraira.
DESCRIPTION
The Villa is extremely spacious, sleeping up to 8 in comfort. The attractive triangular shaped swimming pool (8x8x8 mts) has steps and an outside pool shower, providing the perfect place to relax after your day exploring the scenic coast playing golf nearby or simply relaxing on one of the two naya terraces, or enjoying a poolside BBQ.
You will enjoy breathtaking sea and mountain views from every one of the four bedrooms, the luxury lounge and the twin covered and open nayas (terraces).
Cool natural stone walls separate the terraces from each other, allowing you to find the perfect balance of sun and shade at any time of the day. Ideal for sunny breakfasts and cool evening drinks, as you watch the night sky reflected in the floodlit pool.
An easy 45 to 55 minute drive from Alicante airport in the South or Valencia in the North, this enchanting Villa is set in the hillside high above the attractive Spanish seaside town of Moraira with its wonderful modern Marina, spotless blue flag beaches, many smart boutiques, local supermarkets and charming restaurants, which are open all year round. The popular towns of Javea, Calpe, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance, and the popular Club de Golf Ifach with its tennis courts, bar/restaurant and wonderful views only a 5 minute drive away (open to non-members).
The villa is decorated and equipped to the highest standard. The first floor boasts a spacious high beamed lounge with log fireplace (wonderful for those magical romantic Christmas Holidays) and central heating for the winter months. The high specification includes a remote controlled ceiling fan, 42 inch Flat Screen Satellite TV picking up many European stations, DVD player, DVDs, Books and this season full wireless internet facilities for your enjoyment.
The well equipped kitchen is complete with dishwasher, american style fridge freezer and easy access to the outside terrace
On the same level is one of the Double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and turned staircase leading down to the master bedroom, luxury family bathroom, a further twin bedroom and a separate high spec shower room with hydroshower, washbasin and toilet.
All four bedrooms are equipped with the latest remote controlled airconditioning units allowing you to set the exact temperature to suit your individual requirements.
The paved pool area is completely private being set into the lower terraces of this exceptional villa, perfect for those night time swims.

Whether you are fond of sailing, swimming, horse riding, scuba diving, jet skiing, tennis, or a simple round of golf, this area has it all. Benidorm and the Terra Mitica fun park, the Mundomar Animal Water Park and the Aqualandia aqua park are less than 30 minutes away.
