Welcome to our holiday home which is situated on the award winning Dona Pepa urbanization, Ciudad Quesada, Rojales. Just 30 mins drive from Alicante or Murcia airport This is a lovely new 3 bed / 2 bath house with private community pool, showers and toddler pool set in gardened area. It is fully furnished to a very high standard and offers all the comforts of home. There is hot and cold air conditioning (an essential in Spain), as well as ceiling fans, and digital satellite TV (30 English channels, 14 radio stations). There is a separate fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine in utility room. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading onto full length front sun terrace. A safe is installed for valuables. The twin bedded room also has fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading onto the rear sun terrace. Further twin bedded downstairs and additional shower room with WC and washbasin. Large front patio with sun terrace and rear patio, inc. garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers and BBQ. WE ALSO HAVE ANOTHER 3 BED AND 2 BED IN THE SAME STYLE AND WITHIN A FEW MINUTES WALK OF EACH OTHER. THIS MAKES IT IDEAL FOR FAMILIES OR FRIENDS WISHING TO HOLIDAY TOGETHER YET STILL RETAIN A DEGREE OF INDEPENDENCE. Within the immediate vicinity (5 min walk) there is a supermarket, bakery, bank, restaurants and bars. Within a 5 min drive there is Quesada village with numerous shops, bars, restaurants, banks, medical centre etc. Also in Quesada there is the Aqua Park, Country Club (tennis, live entertainment) and La Marquesa Golf Club. Within 35 minutes of Quesada there are 12 golf courses and by 2007 there will be 22, making the area the Golfing Centre of Europe. The Golfing PGA Champioship 2008 is held at La Finca, 10 minutes from Quesada. The region offers a wide range of sporting and leisure attractions and is situated on the edge of The Natural Park, renowned for its therapeutic salt lakes, mud baths, pink flamingoes and other species of wildlife. The old Spanish town of Guardamar is 10 mins drive and has excellent sporting facilities for windsurfing, sailing, water-skiing, scuba diving and jet skiing etc at the Marina’s nautical club. There is also an outstanding sports complex for tennis, basketball, football etc, and an Olympic swimming pool. Guardamar boasts 11 kms of dunes and sandy beaches, and the enormous ‘Queen Sofia’ Park to enjoy a quiet stroll through its botanical gardens. There are numerous local fiestas throughout the year, and daily markets. For the young at heart, there are clubs, music bars and foam parties around the bustling town of Torrevieja. (10-15 min drive). Something for everyone!

HAVE PEACE OF MIND WHILST ON HOLIDAY WITH A PERSONALISED SERVICE: Our housekeeper couple lives nearby and can offer help should it be needed, and any problems can be resolved with the minimum of fuss. Transport service to both Alicante and St Javier airports can be arranged. Also one or two 7 seater people carriers can be booked for larger groups, golfers, families or friends who may be sharing your holiday in one of our other two villas. Nursery equipment from a professional registered company can be hired, which will be delivered and set up at cost price prior to your arrival. All to British Safety Standards. All our guests are personally met and welcomed by our housekeeper when arriving at the property, where an explanation of facilities and local amenities are given. A comprehensive information folder is in the property, along with tourist attractions, maps and brochures of the surrounding areas. The extremely efficient air conditioning is hot and cold, making it ideal for summer and winter lets. Special notes MEET AND WELCOME SERVICE AND USE OF LATEST AIR-CONDITIONING AND OTHER SERVICE CHARGES (ELECTRICITY, WATER ETC) IS INCLUDED IN RENTAL PRICE. ( A SMALL SURCHARGE OF 10€ FOR MEETING BETWEEN 23:00 AND 08:00 HRS ONLY) 50€ IS REQUIRED FOR CLEANING AND LAUNDRY AND PAYABLE TO HOUSEKEEPER ON ARRIVAL PLEASE. A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the arrival date. A £100 key/damage deposit is required along with the balance, and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the house within 1 weeks of departure. Please report any damage to the housekeeper, or smaller breakages can be replaced with similar item eg. crockery or glasses.
LONG TERM RENTAL is available for those waiting to own Spanish property, or wanting to escape the British winters! Please e- mail for rates. Short term (less than a week) is also available for property inspection trips etc.
WE AIM TO BE FLEXIBLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR HOLIDAY REQUIREMENTS. We do not operate a Sat-Sat booking policy. You may book to arrive and depart any day of the week to take full advantage of obtaining the cheapest flight deals. Also, we do not insist on rigid arrival or departure times from the house, providing no other guests are moving on that day.
A £25 supplement is added for Christmas / New Year, and Easter. For long term rental prices e-mail for rates.
