Description: |
Our three bedroomed villa is ideally situated in one of the best locations in Villamartin – Verdemar III. It has a magnificent communal pool which can be seen from the villa, and a second one a short walk away, both of which have toddler pools and are for the exclusive use of Verdemar III residents. The villa is set in a lovely area with trees, streams, waterfalls and bridges, which is free from cars, hence the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. There is an excellent supermarket less than a 5 minute walk away, as well as bars and restaurants, so you don’t have to leave the area if you don’t want to.
If you do want to step up the pace a bit then the good news is that you are close to plenty of great things to do. There is a fantastic choice of blue-flag beaches, the closest being La Zenia which is around an 8-minute drive. There are three superb golf courses within a 5-minute drive, and choice of tennis courts, aqua parks, go-karts, walks, cycling, bowling and several historic towns, which are well worth a visit.
The villa itself is south facing, with all-year round sunshine, and is a home from home. Downstairs you will find a light, cool, open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, plus two twin bedrooms and the main bathroom (which has a full bath and shower). There is a large downstairs terrace which tends to be cooler for those very hot days, where you can sit and eat. Upstairs is the main double bedroom, with en-suite shower room, leading to our large, secluded sun-terrace. This is very sunny and sheltered, and we get some lovely warm days even in the winter months. All rooms have ceiling fans.
Beaches
There are several sandy, blue-flag beaches only a short drive from the villa. Some of these provide water sports such as jetskis, pedlos and sailing.
Restaurants and bars
Take a short walk to the local bars and restaurants, or go slightly further afield to find an abundance of food from around the world. Villmartin Plaza is highly recommended, not least for its al-fresco summer atmosphere. Most restaurants welcome children.
Golf Courses
You are spoilt for choice - the local courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas are varied and challenging, and only a 5-minute drive away. La Finca Golf Club, which was built to host the Spanish Open, is 20 minutes to the north, and the amazing La Manga Club is 25 minutes south.
Theme Parks
Aquapolis is a water park in Torrevieja, approximately 15 minutes away. Aqualandia is about an hour away, where you will also find a marine and exotic animal park, Mundomar, and the largest theme park in Spain, Terra Mitica.

Banks, 24-hour health centre, supermarkets, shopping centres/ hypermarkets, daily markets, tennis courts, go-karts, bowling, walks, cycling, fishing trips, boat trips.

Prices and Payment terms
Prices are fully inclusive of water, gas, electricity, all bed linen and towels (except beach towels) and cleaning at the end of your stay.
£100 non-refundable deposit on booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. £100 returnable damages deposit to be paid with the balance.
The villa is non-smoking and we do not cater for pets.
Facilities
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and all utensils.
The laundry room has a washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron.
Bedrooms all have wardrobes and drawers, and two hair dryers are provided. A travel cot can be arranged on request.
The lounge has a TV with Sky channels, DVD player and CD/radio/cassette.
Outside there are tables and chairs for the upstairs and downstairs terraces, sun loungers, swing seat, barbeque and a parasol.
Arrivals / Departures
We try to be as flexible as possible so that you can get the best prices on your flights. On busy changeover days we may need to specify arrival and departure times.
Car Parking
Street parking is available immediately to the rear of the villa.
