Description: |
About the Villa
This is a large 4 bedroom villa of 220m2. It is set over two main levels with extensive terraces. It is surrounded by native gardens and forest, and is almost invisible from the road, ensuring absolute privacy. It has a most spectacular location on the north coast of Ibiza, where it nestles on the side of Cap Negres mountain with the Mediterranean sea 70 metres below. All bedrooms and living areas have direct access to terraces and share the breathtaking views of this front line villa.
The villa shares a small private cove which offers fantastic snorkeling and scuba diving.
Facilities of the villa
New fully tiled 10 meter private swimming pool, outdoor barbeque, terraces and gardens. Inside on level one is a large living area with satellite TV, video, DVD, hi-fi and plush sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are also separate laundry, pantry and guest WC facilities on this level.
On level two are all bedrooms and the two main bathrooms. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 all have Super-King size beds, whilst bedroom 4 has two sets of full-size bunk beds that can accomodate upto 4.
Getting to the Villa
A car is essential! You can reach the villa via either the coast road through Santa Eularia, or the mountain route through San Juan. Either route is absolutely spectacular.
The Surrounding Area
The area around the villa is totally rural - a mixture of protected forests, dotted with farms and fincas. There are numerous small coves, some sandy, some stony, some used only by the local fishermen (like Ses Calletes - a beautiful tiny cove about 1 mile away). The villa itself is very private, the nearest neighbour being about 100 metres away. There is a small shop / cafe / bar / post office in San Vicente and the beautiful sandy crescent of Cala San Vicente beach is only 7 minutes by car.

Special notes
25% of rental payable upon booking, balance of rental payable eight weeks prior to commencement of rental.
A security deposit of £400 is payable with the balance of your rental. This deposit will be refunded to you within 1 week of the end of your rental, less any breakages and your fresh water consumption (see below)
The villa has a private fresh water supply. We charge back the cost of this water, which is £9.00 (12 euros) per cubic metre. Average consumption is approximately 1/2 cubic metre per person per week, so for a group of 8 this equates to about £36 (48 euros) per week for the WHOLE group. Your fresh water consumption will be deducted from your security deposit
Please note that we do NOT charge for any water that the pool maintenance company uses in topping up the swimming pool. |
