The villa is located in Muchamiel which is a very warm and friendly town with excellent links to the cities of Alicante (10 minutes) and Benidorm (20 minutes).
Muchamiel offers a very traditional Spanish feel with all the modern conveniences of 21st century Spain. The towns of San Juan, El Campello and Villajoyosa are all nearby. Javea, Calpe, Gandia and Moraira are all within a one hour drive.
Alicante is a beautiful city with a lovely marina, wide esplanades and excellent shopping. The theme parks located in Benidorm can all be reached in under 30 minutes. These parks include Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and many more.
The nearest beaches are San Juan and El Campello, both of which are suitable for families with wide sandy beaches and many bars and restaurants. Both beaches can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes by car. There are numerous 18 hole golf courses nearby, the closest are Bonalba (3 minutes), San Juan Golf (8 minutes) and Alenda (20 minutes).
The property has been used as a private family home for 2 years since it was built. It is a perfect getaway and there is everything you need so that you can relax and enjoy the wonderful climate. You do not need to set foot outside the grounds for the duration of your stay if you so chose. However, it is very close to wonderful beaches and restaurants should you prefer to explore. You can even walk or cycle up the mountains at the rear of the property if you have the energy.
A feature of the property is the terraces and pool area. The pool is oversized and is surrounded by a lovely patio with plenty of room for everyone. There is also a huge terrace at the rear of the property which is perfect for escaping the direct sun or watching the sun set over the mountains with a drink in your hand.
The villa will be clean when you arrive and after you leave. Sufficient linen is left for your stay. If you require a further maid service, please call the House manager who will be glad to quote your needs.
