Having just finished being renovated, the property has been transformed into a top quality family townhouse. On entering the property you are welcomed by a large, light and airy room, currently the dining room. Downstairs is the beautifully appointed kitchen and the spacious living room with French windows leading onto the courtyard. Here you will find the cosy guest apartment with a double bed and a shower room nearby. On the upper floors are the two further bedrooms another bathroom and a fantastic roof terrace.
Fornalutx has been voted the prettiest village in Mallorca and the whole of Spain. It very much lives up to its reputation. This traditional village boasts three bars, four restaurants, 2 banks, a very well stocked supermarket, and a Catholic church. All other amenities are available in Soller. The beach and harbour are 10 mins away at Port of Soller with many restaurants and bars. There are all kinds of boat rentals available in the Port. The area also has best trails and hiking in Mallorca.
The house has absolutely stunning views to the mountains from both of the terraces. It is but a minutes walk to the pretty village square with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. This is a fantastic area for walking or just relaxing whilst enjoying the marvellous views and local hospitality. The two beaches at Port de Soller are a 10 minute drive. Both the Port and the town of Soller offer many fantastic restaurants and bars, bike rental, boat rental and transportation to the rest of the island.

Accessed from the living room is the beautiful patio dining area The views from here are truly spectacular, and even more so from the top terrace

Special notes All linens and towels are included. Endcleaning 100 Euros. Cleaning is on a weekly basis and will be charged at 10 Euros per head.
50% Deposit required on booking. This will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 8 weeks of the rental date. Outside this period half will be refunded. The balance is payable 3 weeks before arrival or by arrangement. A fully refundable 150 Euro deposit will be required against breakages and damage.
Preferably arrival should be after 3pm and departure by 10.30am. We will endeavour to be flexible on this by prior arrangement.
