Description: |
This uniquely styled luxury villa is situated on Marbella´s San Pedro Beach.
The villa contains four full bedrooms, all with bathrooms en suite and one smaller bedroom also with bathroom en suite which is ideal for a younger child.
The kitchen is modern and contains all the necessary cooking necessities, crockery, silverware and appliances.
The comfortable sitting room and attached den features a fireplace and a satellite television set.
Four terraces provide sea and mountain views as well as the opportunity for dining al fresco and secluded sun bathing.
The private, walled-in garden has a heated pool, a mulitude of flowers, shrubs and trees, private parking and direct access to the beach a mere 30 meters away.
The villa is equipped with a modern security system with the alarm directly connected to the local police.
The village of San Pedro is a five-minute drive or, for those with more energy, a twenty minute walk. The lively village of Puerto Banus, with its active night life, is three kilometers away and the lovely town of Marbella, with its modern shops and quaint Old Town, is ten kilometers away.
Many restaurants are an easy walk away, some on the Paseo Maritimo and others, directly on the beach. Shopping areas are nearby.
Water sports are available just a short walk from the back gate and golf courses abound in the area. Hiking in the mountains and strolling along the beach enable one to either exercise or simply enjoy the sound of the rolling surf.
The peace and serenity of this villa allows one to comfortably relax in complete privacy as well as serve as a point of departure to enjoy the many places of interest, the numerous activities and the ambience of the Costa del Sol and the very attractive "white villages" in the nearby mountains.
To return to the villa, after a day of shopping, sightseeing or engaging in other activities, unwind with a dip in the pool and experience the serenity and security provided by the villa is to fully enjoy sunny southern Spain.

Special notes
Garden and pool maintenance included in the price.
For stays of more than one week,includes four hours per week maid sevice for general cleaning and change of linen.
25% non-returnable reservation fee to reserve; (Please note that there is no confirmation of tenancy until the reservationon fee is confirmed by the bank). Additional 75% six weeks prior to arrival. 500 euros returnable security deposit upon arrival is required to offset possible damage done by the tenants. A 100 euro departure cleaning service is charged.
100 euros per week if heated pool is required.
We expect the villa to be left in the same condition as it was when the tenants arrived, with the exception of the towels and linen used the final week.
The arrival time is after 5pm. and departure time before 11am.
