3 bedroom detached villa with own private pool.
Completed in 2006 in a pleasant newly developed residential area.
The Villa consists, large lounge, with fireplace, dining area, fully equiped american style kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 is en suite) 3 bedrooms, sleeps family of 6 [No pets]. Outside we have a large terrace, an 8 x 4mtr pool with roman access steps, outside shower, barbeque, patio tables, chairs etc. Fom sunrise to sunset the villa is situated for all year round sun.Lovely open views from roof terrace.
Local amenities, 2 to 5mns by car include, several banks, supermarkets, national health and private doctor, pharmacy, dentist, newsagent, small shops and plenty of bars and restaurants. There is a good local bus service from La Marina to all local towns and markets as well as to La Marina beaches during the summer.
La Marina del Mar is located 25 minutes south of Alicante city and Airport, 20 minutes North of the busy sea side resort of Torrevieja.
Golf at Rojales 10 minutes, Las Ramblas, Villa Martin, Campoamar 20 minutes, La Manga 45 minutes.
5 minutes by car will take you to the blue flag beaches of La Marina a 5km stretch of sandy coastline, the local beach also sports a restaurant / bar.
We do however recommend the hire of a car to take full advantage of your stay.
Eating out: You will find a wide range of bars and restaurants in La Marina, La Marina village and the surrounding areas such as Guardamar, Santa Pola, Alicante and Torrevieja.
Places to visit such as Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia water park are a great day out for all age groups, located to the east side of Benidorm a little less than a 1 hour drive from La Marina.
TAXI available by arrangement: from airport direct to villa
Alicante 30euro. Murcia 40euro. per 4 persons inc luggage.
More than 4 persons will require 2 vehicles and double this cost,sorry!
