Description: |
The house is air conditioned and has a garden to the front and side with ample off road parking. The elevated patio at the front has side screens and the tiled front garden has a ceramic table and chairs. The garden is bordered with colourful shrubs and flowers.
The downstairs accomodation consists of a lounge, dining room and kitchen. The lounge has two sofas, coffee table and wall units with TV and DVD player. The dining area has a table and chairs and breakfast bar.
The fully fitted kitchen has a four ring cooker, full oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave with grill. It is fuly equiped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utencils, in fact everything you need if you wish to fully self cater.
The third bedroom with twin beds and second bathroom is also on the ground floor. A marble staircase leads to the first floor.
Upstairs consists of the master bedroom with kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to the balcony overlooking the communal pool. The second bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. In the fully tiled bathroom there is a bath with shower, w.c., bidet and washandbasin.
The marble staircase continues to the rooftop solarium with patio furniture, drinks trolley and distant views of the sea.
Within a few kilometers are the three golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblasand the world famous La Manga Resort and Golf course is about 40 minutes away.
All linen is provided,and included in the price,as are the cleaning costs.

Special notes
Bedding, towels and all cleaning is included in the pricef.
Nursery equipment can be arranged and is payable locally as are airport transfers if required.
Alicante 90 euros return.
Murcia 60 euros return.
Flight details of complete party including names, ages, flight numbers and times required at least one month prior to departure date.
A deposit of £100 per booking which is also a returnable bond is required at the time of booking. This bond is refunable on return and subject to a satisfactory inspection and cleaning report by the property management company.
The balance of the total amount payable is due at least one month prior to departure.
Loss of keys and pool fob will be subject to a local charge by the property management company.
We operate a meet and greet service to ensure a warm welcome to our house where details of the house and its facilities are explained and this is irrespecive of the arrival and departure times but a small charge is applicable for arrivals after 10pm. |
