Description: |
The villa is furnished to a very high standard and is set in 1000 sq. metres of private land in the Cap Marti district of Javea.The lounge is beautifully furnished with olive leather suite, Flat Screen TV with English Satellite channels and a video player.
The kitchen/diner is spacious, modern and bright with all the facilities you would expect incl. washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave etc.
There are two bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom, and one twin with a separate shower/bathroom.
From the lounge you have access through the patio windows onto the shaded naya (Patio) and further onto the extensive terrace and pool area and poolside shower.
The pool is 8 x 4 metres and has pool lights so that you can enjoy those lovely, relaxing evening dips. Leading from the terrace are steps upto the roof solarium where you can enjoy the extensive panoramic views across to the coast and total privacy.
To the side of the villa are the extensive lawns and garden with its own, purpose built "Bouls" pitch and an array of beautiful plants and trees.
The main resort of Javea is only a short 5 mins drive away. The resort of Javea with its historic OLD TOWN, the picturesque PORT & HARBOUR and the excellent ARENAL sandy beach are perfect for the ideal family holiday. There is a varied selection of shops, bars, pavement cafes and restaurants which serve excellent meals set in superb surroundings.
The cosmopolitan resort of MORAIRA is only a short 15 mins drive from the villa. Enjoy the atmosphere of its many pavement bars & cafes plus a fabulous range of quality restaurants overlooking the port & harbour.
For some great family days out you can visit thefabulous
“AQUALANDIA” water Theme Park the entertaining “MUNDOMAR” Animal Water park (must see the fantastic Dolphin Show) or the marvellous “TERRA MITICA” one of Europe’s largest Family Theme Parks. .
The Moorish village of Guadalest, the Algar Falls and the caves at Benidoleig are also within easy reach. The local bodegas in Jalon are famous and are excellent places for wine tasting. For a special evening, visit the Benidorm Palace for dinner and a spectacular cabaret show. A car is, therefore, essential to enjoy your holiday.

Special notes
A deposit of 25% is required to sedure your booking. There is a refundable looss/breakage deposit of £250 which will be returned within 10 days of departure. All bed linen, hand and bath towels are included.
There is an optional linen change for stays of 2 weeks at a cost of 15 euros per room.
Mid stay cleaning is available at a cost of 15 euros per hour. (min 2 hours) |
