Situation
The property is situated in the perfect location to discover what is often called the Costa Del Sols best kept secret. Whether you are looking for a beautiful Andalucian villages in the mountains, chic resorts such as Marbella, Puerto Banus, Sotogrande or of course the renowned stretches of un-crowded beaches, we have it all. There are 14 top quality golf courses at hand a golfer’s dream, with the complex over looking Duquesa golf.
10 minutes walk to the nearest beach and a further 5 minutes and you enter the fabulous Puerto Duquesa with its fashionable bars and restaurants. Fifteen minutes away you can visit the town of Sabinillas with its ample banks and supermarkets. Here you can mingle with the locals walk the promenade and sample the Spanish atmosphere with its numerous bars and cafes. The sophisticated resort of Estepona is just 10 minutes drive away. Not forgetting in the opposite direction is Gibraltar with its duty free status.
All this and you are only 20 minutes from Gibraltar airport.

The spacious lounge with cool marble floors has two comfortable sofas one of which pulls out to a double bed. There is also a satellite TV and DVD player. Patio doors lead onto large balcony with panoramic sea and golf views. This is where you can enjoy private sun bathing.
Dining Room
Has table that caters for 6 people. With a second balcony which also has an outside granite table for alfresco dining.
Kitchen
Separate luxury fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Kitchen has country views.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The master bedroom has an en-suite marble bathroom with shower. Super king sized bed and plenty of wardrobe space, with splendid panoramic pool and sea views.
Spacious second bedroom has 2 single beds with plenty of wardrobe space and a balcony with country view.
Bathroom 2 is marble with shower and bath.
Swimming Pools and Gardens
The apartment overlooks mature tropical gardens with lagoon style swimming pool. The pool and gardens are gated for exclusive use of guests. There is the added benefit of a separate children’s pool, this complex is already a firm family favourite.
Beach
Just 10 minutes walk to plenty of quiet clean sandy beaches.
Puerto De La Duquesa
Is a short 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to its fashionable bars and restaurants.
