Description: |
Our apartment is situated on Altomar 2 in Gran Alacant just south of Alicante. Close to two sandy beaches and with the choice of 3 pools (we cannot guarrantee that all the pools will be open). The apartment is south facing so the sun can be enjoyed all day. There is a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants close by and a street market once a week. The local bus service is easy and cheap and runs to Alicante to the north and Santa Pola to the south. This can also be used to get to the beach. A new addition to your means of transport around Gran Alacant is the little roadtrain/tram (see photo) which actually stops right outside our apartment. This links up all the shops, bars and restuarants and the beach and is a fun way of getting around.
Benidorm is about 45 minutes drive away or a bus ride from Alicante - ideal for a family day out at one of the theme parks: Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia or Mundamar. There are also organised trips to all these places from Gran Alacant.
Other places of interest might be Elche - famous for its palm trees, or Guadalest in the mountains. Also boat trips can be taken from Santa Pola to the island of Tabarca.

Special notes The first price shown is for up to 4 people. Extra people charged at €20 per person per week. We will take bookings for the use of one bedroom only ( the twin bedded room) at the lower prices.
Prices quoted are per week. We will take bookings for any number of days ( minimum 3 ). Ask for prices. The price includes end of stay cleaning and laundry.
UK residents wishing to pay in pounds sterling please contact us for the price.
Booking conditions
50% non-refundable deposit required on booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday together with €100 refundable security bond. The bond will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure subject to everything being satisfactory. If booking within 6 weeks of departure full payment is required.
If there are more of you than we can accommodate or if our apartment is booked for the dates you require we may be able to offer you another apartment.
We are able to offer cot hire if required.
