LOCATION - If a rustic charm and magnificent sea views in a tranquil hillside location is what you’re looking for in your next holiday, then come and experience a touch of a Spanish magic at our El Zoro villa in the well established Maryvilla development, which is located half way between beautiful towns of Altea and Calpe.
THE VILLA has just undergone the most extensive renovations and refurbishment and offers two superb self-contained apartments sharing a brand new 9m x 4m swimming pool, outside shower, BBQ area and a large sun terrace with the amazing views of the sea and the Calpe rock Ifach.
2-BEDROOM APARTMENT (sleeps 4 -6) - From the entrance gates of the villa a few steps down the stairs will take you to the main entrance of the house and further through to a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, a/con apartment occupying the entire upper floor of the villa. Everything in the apartment from fittings to furnishings is brand new.
- The master bedroom is equipped with a top range king-size bed and has a direct access through the patio door to a large round dining room with fantastic open views across to the sea and the mountains.
- The second bedroom has two separate extra comfortable single beds and yet enough space to put another camp bed over night if required.
- The lounge is light and airy and full of Spanish character. It offers a lot of period features like ceiling beams, rustic cast iron wall lamps and the authentic Spanish fire place. A large sofa-bed in the lounge provides 2 more sleeping places.
- The kitchen has been fully modernised and fitted with top end Italian units, a fashionable stainless steel sink and extractor, an easy clean halogen hob and a marble work tops throughout. It is also fully equipped with the new fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crockery & cutlery.
- The main bathroom has a brand new three-piece suite with a fitted luxury bath.
- There is a good sat TV available in numerous languages incl. English, German and French.
This apartment will accommodate 4-6 people.
1-BEDROOM APARTMENT (sleeps 2-4) - is occupying the lower floor of the villa and has an access on to a private covered terrace where the guests can experience a full pleasure of the fine Alfresco living with the views of the Med to die for...
- The apartment has a studio open plan lounge and kitchen with a breakfast bar separating the room into two areas.
- The modern kitchen has been fitted in with a high quality Italian units, stainless steel sink and extractor, a halogen hob and the marble work tops throughout.
- In the sitting area you will find a comfortable sofa-bed to sleep 2 people.
- A separately built rustic chic double bedroom has a top range king-size bed.
- A newly redecorated bathroom has been fitted in with a high quality three piece suite incorporating a brand new corner shower.
- The apartments has Astra sat TV with continental & English news & sports channels. In addition to that there is a good range of DVD films offered for free viewing.
