A small pathway close to the property leads to the beach and Alcaidesa Golf Club, and a small Lake can also be found near by.

Situated in the Andalucian village of Alcaidesa on the Costa del Sol ,Eight miles drive east of Gibraltar and ten minutes from Sotogrande, Alcaidesa is a residential urbanization for full time and holiday residents. Alcaidesa literally has beauty at every turn!! Bordered on one side by 2000 metres of beautiful sandy beaches with the European blue flag seal of approval, Europes, southern most 18 hole links golf course, and a nature reserve on the other, this beautiful area on the Costa del Sol is a breath of fresh air in comparison to the overcrowding of other Mediterranean destinations and offers an incomparable location for holidays. Views across to Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains make a round of golf, or just lying on the beach even more relaxing – and enjoyed from the terrace of your holiday home glorious sunsets to end a perfect day. The proximity of the airports in Gibraltar and Malaga make the region very accessible when coming from overseas and the new motorways, which now extend to the region, make it easy to travel up and down the coast. A taxi from Gibraltar airport will usually cost less than EUR 20, many people who stay here simply enjoy Alcaidesa! For windsurfers, sailers, kitesurfers and other watersport enthusiasts, ‘The Wind Capital’ Tarifa is only a 30 minute drive away. In contrast to Tarifa’s historical Arabic centre, its beaches and watersport facilities provide the perfect location for its modern windsurfing culture. North Africa cruises are also available by high-speed ferry.
Along with Alcaidesas own 18 link golf course, San Roque golf Club and Valderrama (home of Volvo Masters) offer world class golfing within a 15 minute drive.
