On a typical Spanish style complex of luxury apartments overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the lush greens of the 27-hole championship golf course.

Only 10 minutes from Tenerife South Airport (TFS), the apartment has its own spacious patio terrace, a large airconditioned lounge area with quality furniture including a sofabed, 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin both with wardrobes. There is a full kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. The relaxing lounge and dining area includes English Satellite television and a DVD player. We have a key operated safe. All this designed to give you complete privacy and maximum comfort.
The apartment is situated at the front of the complex on the ground floor, with easy access from the main entrance. however the swimming pool is 5 flights of steps down from the apartment, so it is not possible for wheelchairs or people with limited mobility to get to the pool. It has a large terrace in gardens affording some privacy from the road and the sun is on the terrrace from about 2pm until sunset. The two private swimming pool areas are a short distance from the front door of the apartment. There are a large number of sun loungers situated in both pool areas. The nearby commercial centre of San Blas has plenty on choice for eating and shopping. There is also a new Marina opened with lots of Resturants and shops nearby. Los Cristianos is 15 mins away by car or taxi. It is a 20 mins walk to Los Abrigos with fabulous fresh fish restaurants. El Medano is 15 mins in the car and has a great set of beaches, restaurants, cafes and a great atmosphere.
