Welcome to our home in Spain, situated in Lo Pepin, Cuidad Quesada, Rojales approximately 30 mins drive from Alicante or Murcia Airports, in a very quiet residential area.
This is a modern detached Villa with 3 Bedrooms & 2 Baths that can accommodate six persons & benefiting from a Private Communal Pool with a shower and Toddler pool. The Villa is fully furnished to a high standard and offers all the comforts of home. Air conditioning throughout provides comfortable living with the facility to heat as well as cool. In the lounge/diner you will find a TV with satellite Receiver offering a combination of English and Spanish stations. (30 English TV Stations + Radio), a two seat sofa & 2 sitting chairs plus a dining table with 6 chairs.
There is a separate fully equipped Kitchen with Oven, Grill, Extractor, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave and Washing Machine.
On the 1st Floor 2 Double Bedrooms fitted with wardrobes and sharing an elegant Bathroom. A large sun terrace with a view of the salt lakes equipped can be accessed separately from these rooms. A large umbrella and 2 sun loungers to provide comfort for when you have had enough sun if that is possible!
Another bedroom with 2 twin beds & fitted with a wardrobe is on the ground floor together. A second bathroom with a shower is also there. A Lounge/Diner and Kitchen is also located on the ground floor with complete furniture to accommodate 6 persons. Outside you will find a Terrace to provide for shade and a beautiful planted garden fully equipped with furniture consisting of a table and six chairs for that outdoor dining experience under a large umbrella and a grill.
Within the immediate vicinity (15 mins walk) there are two Supermarkets, Bank, and several Restaurants and Bars. Quesada village with its numerous shops, Banks, Restaurants and Bars is 15-20 mins walk or 6 mins in the Car. Quesada also has amongst its facilities an Aqua Park, Country Club offering Tennis and Live Entertainment and La Marquesa Golf Course, a par 72, 18 hole course. Within 35 mins of Quesada currently there are 12 Golf courses including Villamartin and La Finca where the 2006 PGA Championship is to be held. The region offers a wide range of sporting activities and is on the edge of a National Park renowned for its therapeutic Salt Lakes, Pink Flamingo’s and other wild life, trees and plants.
The old Spanish coastal town of Guardamar is approximately 10 mins drive away and has excellent facilities for windsurfing, scuba diving and jet skiing. Guardamar boasts 11kms of Golden Sandy Beaches.
There are numerous local fiestas throughout the year and Markets are compulsory entertainment in Spain and you can certainly visit one every day. The nearest being Campo de Guardamar held on a Sunday. You will find excellent value for money on a wide range of items from fruit to clothing, linen, crockery and leather goods etc.
For the young at heart there are many Night clubs, Music bars, Restaurants around the bustling town of Torrevieja 20 mins drive.

Special notes
A non refundable Deposit of 25% is required upon booking with the remainder due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
Security Deposit of €200 is required along with the Balance with each booking this will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of property shortly after departure.
A meet and greet Service will be provided on all bookings with full explanation of Villa’s facilities. Please note For Customers who arrive in unsocial hours ie 20.00 pm- 08.00 am their will be a 20 euro charge payable locally to our agent for this service.
A 60€ is required for cleaning and laundry and payable to housekeeper on arrival please.
Use of Air conditioning is included.
All linen, Hand and Bath Towels included
We do not Operate a Sat-Sat booking policy.
Arrival days access to property will be 15.00 pm unless told otherwise.
Departure days please vacate property by 10.30 am unless told otherwise.
Our agent will be contactable for any problems.
For two week stays the mid term linen change and fresh towels is included.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
