Description: |
Our new two bedroom villa with hot and cold air conditioning and private pool is situated two minutes from Alenda golf club close to the A31 Alicante to Madrid road.
The villa comprises a large shaded porch area overlooking the private pool which enjoys the sun most of the day-perfect for dining outside on those lazy summer evenings. Alternatively, if you want to sunbathe you can go up to the spacious roof top solarium and enjoy the mountain views at the same time. There is also sunbathing area near the pool itself.
In the villa the living room is air conditioned with three large sofas and real fireplace and is open plan to the dining room and kitchen and if you prefer to be indoors then we have provided a TV and DVD player and plenty of family games for both adults and children to enjoy.
If cooking is your preference then you will be pleased to find a spacious fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. You will also find a washing machine, ironing board and airer.
The villa comprises two bedrooms both with air conditioning and ample storage space. The master bedroom has a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom with shower, bath, bidet and W.C. The second bedroom has two single beds and is next to the second bathroom with shower, W.C. and sink.
For security we have provided a safe and the villa has solid external doors and all windows are double-glazed complete with roller shutters and grilles.
Located 15 mins from Alicante airport, the beach and city centre can be reached within 20 minutes. For those who prefer a more active holiday, Benidorm is a 30 minute ride away with something for everyone. Benidorm has 2 theme parks Terra Mitica for thrill rides and Terra Natura, an animal park based along the lines of Disney’s Animal Kingdom in Florida. Aqualandia, a water park can also be found here.
Available on the estate is a communal pool with a local charge as well as a cafe/bar. A small supermarket is located on Alenda golf with large out of town hypermarkets only 15 minutes drive away.
For golfers, Alenda golf is three wood drive away with a further 3 golf courses within 25 minutes drive.

Special notes
All prices are for full or part weeks. A 20% deposit is required on booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before travel. All rates are fully inclusive of electricity, water, air conditioning and linen however please note that beach towels are NOT included. A £100 returnable breakage deposit required with the final payment. Included within the price is a cleaning and laundry charge at the end of your stay as well as a mid-holiday linen change for those staying longer than 1 week. |
