They are both in Gran Alacant 10 min drive from Alicante.It is about 3-5 minutes walking distance between this 2 houses they have both Fantastic climate, DRINKING WATER IN BOTH HOUSES. AND BOTH HAVE ALMOST EVERYTHING YOU NEED. Superb beaches, snorkelling, diving,GOLF, fishing. Supermarket and restaurantes very close. TV. Many restaurants very close. This is a luxury house !! :) Tabarca island close by.
Santa pola (5 min drive) and Alicante (10.min drive) and buses goes on every 30.min and bus goes also too the beach if you dont like to walk. walking time down the beach is abouth 10 min. You can walk to supermarket and restaurants in 1min. banks and internetcafe and lots of restaurants about 1-3 min walk. GOLFCOURSES ALL AROUND..
