Description: |
VILLA BUENA VISTA
Located on a large plot, in the exclusive area of Benimeit, Villa Buena Vista provides accommodation for two to ten people in two separate villas.
The original house, Higher House, which has just been completely refurbished, sleeps 6 (two double bedrooms and one twin) and the brand new Garden House sleeps 4 (one double and one twin).
Both houses are beautifully appointed and perfectly situated in a peaceful location overlooking the unspoiled fishing village cum holiday resort of Moraira. The views of Moraira and the Mediterranean, from both houses, the pool area and the gardens, are stunning.
The accommodation is complemented by a lovely pool area comprising an illuminated pool with Roman steps and two large terraces. Cypress hedges, bushes and plants surround the pool. The gardens have been professionally landscaped and are overflowing with a variety of trees, bushes, shrubs and climbing plants. Garden benches provide the opportunity to quietly enjoy the magnificent panorama. There is a large terrace in the gardens with a table and chairs for ten, plus barbecue, for al fresco dining.
ACCOMMODATION
HIGHER HOUSE
Lounge with wood burning stove plus dining area and sitting room with full length, glass sliding doors to balcony. TV with 20 major channels and DVD player.
Fully fitted kitchen. Cloakroom with WC and washbasin.
Balcony with dining tables and chairs and remote controlled awning.
Spiral staircase leading to -
one double bedroom (en-suite with bath) plus another double bedroom and one twin both with private balconies. All with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. Also, fully tiled bathroom with walk in shower, etc.
Plus utility room with washing machine and fridge for poolside drinks.
GARDEN HOUSE
Lounge with DVD player plus dining area.
Fully fitted kitchen.
Balcony with table and chairs.
One double and one twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans.
Fully tiled bathroom with bath/shower.
POOL AREA
Illuminated 8m x 4m pool with two large terraces and fabulous sea views.
Balustrades and hedges to either side and a natural rock wall, with flower filled enclosure, behind.
A variety of shrubs, bushes and trees grow in the ground, in troughs and in large, Spanish pots.
Shower, sun loungers and sun umbrellas etc on the terraces.
GARDENS
Lovely, professionally landscaped Mediterranean gardens. Easy access to the various terraces all overflowing with a stunning variety of trees, bushes, shrubs and climbing plants.
Seating to enjoy the spectacular views of Moraira and the Med.
Large terrace with barbecue and a table for ten for al fresco dining.
BEACHES
The main beach in Moraira and the lovely little bay at El Portet are five minutes away by car. Both are ideal for families and children.

Special notes
It is anticipated that bookings in July and August will include both properties. At all other times either, or both, of the two villas may be booked. If only one of the two houses is required, the other will not be let thus ensuring exclusive use of the pool and gardens, etc.
Changeover day is normally Saturday but this can be negotiated.
There is a towel and linen change at the end of each week.
