A real home from home with year round comforts including a contemporary built in fire for cosy winter nights, wireless broadband internet access and private heated swimming pool. The large south and west facing terraces are perfect for outdoor dining with shade provided under the covered Naya and new electric awning for when the sun gets a little too hot! Plenty of lovely loungers are provided for those relaxing moments chilling out with a book, or watching the boats out at sea.
Described as the Balcony of the Mediterranean, the extraordinary location of Cumbre del Sol offers spectacular and panoramic views from points rising to up to 300m above sea level. Views encompass several mountain ranges including the famous Montgo (Elephant Mountain), now a nature reserve, and the Bernia mountains, with seascapes picking out the Cape de la Nao - the most easterly point of Spain - and the dramatic Ifach Rock at Calpe. Facilities available on Cumbre del Sol include a supermarket, restaurant, bar, chemist, bank, horse-riding, tennis and private beach, some within 15 minutes walk of the villa.
The quaint port of Moraira and the resort town of Javea are both within 10 minutes drive. There are 4 golf courses within 30 minutes drive.
Numerous airlines now fly to the convenient airports of Alicante (60 minutes) and Valencia (75 minutes). Valencia is famous for the Oceanographic and for hosting the Americas Cup and Formula 1 Grand Prix of Europe.

Wireless broadband internet access is available throughout the villa.
The LCD flat screen TV and SKY satellite system with wireless surround sound home theatre system provide every feature required for quality home entertainment. An iPod docking station is available and linked to the surround sound system.
Bedrooms - all beds were specifically exported from England for your home from home comfort and each has a luxury pillow-top quilted mattress. Only the very best Egyptian Cotton linens and Merino wool blankets are used to ensure a luxurious nights sleep.
All bedrooms have both ceiling fans and air-conditioning, as well as ample wardrobe space, mirrors and hairdryers.
Master bedroom - Super King-Size bed (6ftx6ft6) and en-suite luxury walk-in shower. Double doors to upper terrace. Silver bedroom - King-Size (5ftx6ft6) with sliding doors to lower pool terrace. Lemon bedroom - Twin beds with sliding doors to lower pool terrace.

Special notes Inclusions - To provide you with peace of mind, our pricing includes all anticipated charges ie air-conditioning, weekly linen and towel change, weekly refresher clean, departure clean and energy costs. The villa is professionally serviced to 5* standards by our local manager.
Pool heating - the pool will be heated on request at a supplement of £75 per week.
Rental period - Rentals are generally Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am with a minimum 2-week rental period in peak season (July - Aug). Variable rental periods, short breaks and long weekends are available on request depending on availability and season - to allow you to make the most of the off-peak pricing of the many low cost airlines flying into Alicante and Valencia.
Booking - a booking form and terms and conditions will be forwarded for completion along with payment details. 25% deposit will be requested at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment must be made 12 weeks prior to arrival date.
Deposit - A security deposit of £250 will be requested at the time of booking which will be refunded in full upon confirmation from our manager post your departure of no damage (normal wear and tear excepted), no pets, no smoking.
Payment - can be made in either GBP or Euro, by cheque, bank transfer or credit card options via PayPal.
Christmas and New Year - Special pacakges are available including shopping, restaurant reservations, decorations and gifts.
Special occasions - for that special event or celebration, professional caterers can be arranged to cater a traditional Spanish lunch or dinner party, or menu of your choice, within the comfort of the villa. (Chargeable cost). |
