Location:
Cumbre Del Sol is in a beautiful coastal location situated on the most eastern point of the Iberian Peninsular, nestled in the hillside between Moraira and Javea, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Just 1-hour from Alicante airport (75 kms) and an hour and a quarter from Valencia airport (102 kms) and is close to the popular villages of Moraira (4km), Javea (5km), Calpe, and Benitchell.
The Apartments:
These apartments are immaculately maintained and fully serviced before each arrival, towels/bed linen provided. (except beach towels)
The apartments can be rented to sleep up to four people or six using a sofa bed in the lounge. These spacious holiday apartments are fully furnished to a high standard making it home from home, consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom (bath and shower), lounge and modern kitchen complete with hob cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, cable TV (All Satellite Channels - English/Spanish/German), stereo and DVD.
The views are truly outstanding and can be enjoyed from a large private terrace, a perfect setting for your breakfast/evening meal, complete with table and chairs as well as sun loungers. Binoculars’ available to view the whole mountain.
Beach Equipment:
The apartment has sun lounges, chairs, airbeds, mask, snorkel and flippers, body boards, bat and ball, bowls, cool box, umbrella all of which can be taken to the beach/pool.
Entertainment:
Moraira is a very pretty town with quaint streets and squares and also a marina; it has many places to eat including a number of Michelin restaurants. The nearby town of Javea is a fascinating mix of old and new. It has a large sandy beach (Arenal), an unspoilt old town, and a wide variety of restaurants overlooking the beach and promenade. Other attractions include Aqualandia (waterpark with slides) and Mundomar (dolphin, sea lions shows etc) also a theme park Terra Mitica, all within 40 minutes of the apartment.
Booking:
**Please note a 20% deposit is required to secure a booking and a £75.00 security bond is payable 60 days prior to departure.
Air conditioning/heating is available at a small additional charge.

If required we offer a welcome pack at an additional cost, ideal if you are arriving late in the evening.
£8 - Toliet rolls, Water, Milk, Bread and Butter (for an additional cost alcohol can also be included in the welcome pack)
