Absolutely stunning and beautifully furnished - 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa on three floors.
Outside the pretty garden area is filled with both pots full of Mediterranean flowering plants as well as flowering shrubs - including palms.
The outside terrace is furnished with cane chairs and table, making it perfect for either breakfast or a drink in the evening!
Moving inside, there is a hallway off of which is the downstairs shower room containing shower, WC and basin as well as a mirror.
To the right, is the spacious lounge area with plenty of space for eight people. Beautifully furnished with two 3 seater sofas with matching chair and pouffe, two cane chairs, large Indian carved wood coffee table as well as mirrors, pictures and plants.
For your entertainment there is a 42 inch forward projection TV, with some UK terrestrial & Satellite channels, DVD and video plus a video library and a selection of DVD’s and paperbacks for your pleasure. There is also free wi fi internet access if required!
If that wasn’t enough, there is also a stereo with CD, radio and large speakers!
The spacious dining area has a large dining table with 8 chairs, sideboard, mirror, plants and pictures. Both the lounge and dining area have large stand alone fans for coolness in the summer months.
The kitchen contains all you would expect in a property of this standard, including oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, cappuccino and espresso coffee machine, vegetable steamer, BBQ grill machine as well as an excellent section of utensils and crockery. For your comfort there is also a ceiling fan installed for coolness if cooking in the summer evenings! In addition a separate utility room contains an iron and ironing board.
Also on the ground floor is the fourth bedroom. This pretty room contains twin beds, bedside cabinet, bookcases, ceiling fan, pictures, lamps and a desk as well as built in double wardrobes for plenty of storage space. A single bed can be added for parties of 9.
Moving upstairs the master bedroom features a king size 6ft wide double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, a 6 drawer chest as well as a built in double wardrobe. There is also a ceiling fan for your comfort as well as a stand alone fan and a safe for your valuables.
In addition there are sliding patio doors leading out to a private balcony furnished with a sofa and table and views across to the mountains.
Also, the master bedroom features en suite facilities with bath (with shower over), WC, bidet, basin and mirror with all accessories in stylish stainless steel.
Along the hallway, the second bedroom features twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp, plus double wardrobe with two drawers, a chest of 7 drawers plus both ceiling fan and stand alone fan for your coolness.
Bedroom three also has twin beds, plus pictures, bedside cabinets, lamps, built in double wardrobes and a 7 drawer chest. As well as a ceiling fan for your comfort plus a stand alone fan.
The main bathroom is on this floor and contains a bath (with shower over), WC, basin, bidet, mirror plus stylish stainless steel fixings.
Stairs lead to the roof terrace which has panoramic views over Alicante Bay!
Fully lit at night, it also contains a brick built BBQ (perfect for those al fresco meals!), 3 sunloungers, plus a huge table and 8 chairs and large parasol. There is also a thoughtfully provided fridge/freezer upstairs for keeping the beers and meat chilled ready for the BBQ!
The lovely pool and gardens are a few yards away.
All this and just a short walk to a range of bars and restaurants plus a supermarket, what more you could want?
Plus the superb beach is just a 3 minute drive (or bus ride) away!
