With numerous beaches at Javea and Moraira only a 10 minute drive, it is the perfect holiday location. LOUNGE The open plan, airy, comfortable lounge with sky satellite TV and air conditioning is a lovely place to relax after a day in the sun. It has superb views which make the most of its elevated position and a lovely balcony to enjoy your sundowners. DINING AREA With glazing all around this is a great position for a evening meal overlooking the south facing pool and the views. There is also al fresco dining beside the pool and barbecue. KITCHEN This modern kitchen with breakfast bar offers all the facilities needed to make your stay comfortable. There is also a separate, large laundry room with washing machine etc. BEDROOMS The bedrooms are bright and airy, all tastefully furnished with plenty of wardrobe space.
