Villas ‘Entrepinos I and II’
2 identical very attractive new modern villas very well equipped and exceptionally well furnished to provide comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people each.
Both stand in 500 sq m grounds with own private pools, laid to lawn gardens with mature pine trees and planted flower beds. They are located in the established quiet neighbourhood of Pinar de Los Guisos in Chiclana, a short drive from bars, restaurants and shops. The Blue Flag beach of La Barrosa and the golf courses of Novo Sancti Petri are both within a 10 minute drive.
Both villas have their own 500 sq m walled garden with private parking and an 8m x 4m private pool with anti slip tile surround. The houses benefit from 2 covered furnished terraces ideal for alfresco dining overlooking the beautiful planted garden, which enjoys maximum sun hours. There are 4 sun loungers to each house as well as a barbecue.
The houses each consist of:
Large living/dining room: with working fire place, Satellite TV (English free view and German) and CD player, 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table;
Fully fitted kitchen: with dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob and oven, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, a dining tale and matching chairs, door leading to terrace at back of house;
Master bedroom: with a king size bed and en-suite shower room, built in wardrobes (iron and ironing board), patio doors leading to terrace;
2 twin bedrooms: (cot available) both with built-in wardrobes;
Family bathroom: with full bath, separate shower and WC
The furniture in both villas is of high quality and has been chosen for its comfort, personal look and style. There are ceiling fans (one in each bedroom) for summer comfort; working fire place and radiators for chillier evenings in autumn and winter.
Both houses can be rented individually as they are completely self contained or together, ideal for 2 families or a larger group of friends.
Wireless internet connection is now available in both houses.
