Newly refurbished Southwest facing 1 bedroom apartment to sleep up to 4 people in the Cruz del Sur block. The apartment is on the first floor overlooking the beautiful gardens and L shaped 25m swimming pool. The block itself has two lifts with easy disabled access and all areas are gated making it ideal for those with young children.
The apartment consists of a newly fitted kitchen with appliances including fridge, hob, oven and microwave. There are two single beds in the bedroom and a large sofa bed in the lounge. There is a tv with satellite and a cd/radio player. The bathroom has a bath, toilet, and bidet, sink and shower.
The balcony overlooks the pool and gardens and has a table and chairs to enable you to enjoy the afternoon sun.
Shops, bars and restaurants are a 2-minute walk and the beach is only a 5-minute walk.
