Description: |
The Complex These recently completed Andulucian style apartments benefit from having 70% of the grounds laid to landscape gardens, with several swimming pools included. Only a short distance away are beautiful beaches with their Spanish beach bars serving great food. Also within easy reach are the towns of Sabinillas, Estepona, Duquesa Marina, Marbella, Puerto Banus and Gibraltar. Fantastic views of the coast and the mountains can be seen from the terrace.
The Apartment
This luxury ground floor apartment offers everything you need to make your stay more comfortable. It has air conditioning/heating and furnished to a high standard. There is underground parking and a lift or stairs to take you to the apartment.
The fully fitted kitchen has everything a modern home can offer including dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.
There are three bedrooms, all of which can be doubles or twins, on request. They all have fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. The master bedroom has an en-suite, and both bathrooms have bath, shower, basin and toilet facilities. Please provide own towels for pool and beach.
The lounge has the benefit of a luxury leather sofa bed which can accomodate another two people. There is a marble dining table which will seat up to 8 people.
The apartment has the benefit of a terrace from the lounge and also a large al-fresco dining area complete with patio furniture and sun beds.
A car is recommended to enjoy the sights that the Costa del sol has to offer. A welcome pack will be provided FREE OF CHARGE on arrival which includes water, bread, milk, wine etc. The nearest supermarkets are approx 5 mins away in Sabanillas, and at the bottom of the road is a garage selling most thing and a taxis rank.
Attractions
The picturesque hilltop white washed village of Casares, with its impressive Moorish Castle and stunning views is less than 20 minutes away and should not be missed. If you have children to entertain, they will love Selwo Aventura Park, in Estepona, featuring Elephants, Giraffes, White Rhino, Bengal tigers and many more animals.Tivoli World is only 30 minutes away, which offers fun for all the family.
If you are a golfer there are three courses within walking distance, and a further 20 within a twenty minute drive, including the famous courses at Valderrama, San Roque and Sotogrande, which we can pre-book for you.

Special notes These prices are for 8 people there is a REDUCTION for smaller groups, earlybird bookings and lon stays. 25% deposit required within 7 days of booking, remainder to be paid 8 weeks before departure. £100 breakage deposit to be paid.
You will be met on arrival at the apartment with keys and a welcome pack ie milk, bread, water, wine and cheese. Extra cleaning available on request. |
