Outside there is a sun terrace and patio, plunge pool with shower over, a pretty garden with olive trees and outside lighting and a barbeque area. The cottage may also share the 10 x 5 metre swimming pool of the adjacent villas.
It is within walking distance of 2 restaurants and only 5 minutes from Trabuco which has full facilities, banks, shops, restaurants and a disco. It is very centrally located being just 40 minutes from Malaga and Granada Airports, 45 minutes from the beaches of the Costas del Sol and Tropical and 50 minutes from Granada and skiiing in the Sierra Nevada. Nearest golf course is in beautiful Antequera only 20 minutes away. Further afield the property is within easy driving distance of some of the greatest cities of Spain, Cordoba, Seville, Jerez, Jaen, Cadiz and Gibraltar, perfect for a cultural tour. Also a perfect location for bird watchers, walkers, bikers and nature lovers or for those less active just relaxing round the pool!!
