This luxury ground floor villa is situated within an exclusive complex of only 10 villas, sharing communal pool and beautiful landscaped gardens.
It is situated in El Faro, only 25 minutes from Malaga airport. You can walk to El Faro beach through the gardens which takes 10 minutes. It is 5 minutes drive to the Miraflores and Fuengirola Beach resorts and 5 minutes drive to La Cala where there are shops, restaurants, banks and supermarket plus another lovely sandy beach. It is close to the many golf clubs in the Mijas Costa area, Mijas Golf being only 10 minutes walk away and the beautiful course at El Chapparel where non golfers can enjoy a fantastic lunch on the terrace in the sunshine with spectacular views. The ski area of Sol y Nieve is only two hours drive as is the beautiful towns of Granada and Seville.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard and well equipped to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxed. The spacious lounge has two three seater luxurious leather settees, satellite Sky TV, cosy open log burning fire (if the evenings get chilly). This leads onto a covered terrace with wicker sofas, arm chairs and coffee table overlooking the pool and gardens. The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher which leads onto the dining area with table and six chairs. There are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, all rooms have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a master bathroom, both with baths and showers. This villa can be rented either separately or together with the two bedroom, two bathroom, self contained apartment downstairs
