Located 10 minutes equally from Javea and Moraira and on the doorstep of the village of Benitachell, is this excellent 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, garden apartrment which is set within the grounds of a large villa that is totally unoccupied during the summer rental period. This arrangement allows the guests to enjoy the full and extensive use of all the villas outside amenities.

A private driveway and parking area take you to the large electronically controlled gate and then into the lovely gardens and terraces that surround the villa. On each terrace you will find tables and chairs plus plenty of sunbeds by ty the pool. The magnifecent 10 x 5 m pool can be entered either by the Roman Steps or by the slide ! Alongside is the fantastic barbeque house which also includes sink unit, microwave and the essential fridge ! (Further amenities in this area are a shower and a WC)
With the pool and gardens illuminated at night you dont have much call to be indoors but for when you do...............
The bedrooms have a double and 2 single beds while the living room has a sofa bed. the bathrooms are each finished to a high standard and the washing machine is new . The area by the bedrooms is air conditioned while the living room and the bedrooms each have ceiling fans.
THIS REALLY IS A GREAT VALUE PROPERTY in a tranquil, secure environment to which many guests have made repeat holidays.
