It is located within the town of El Mojon near torre de la Horadada, 2 mins walk for the beautiful unspoilt beach
The house is set in private landscaped gardens with 2 spacious patio areas , balcony off the first floor master bedroom and beautiful roof terrace with views of green park area and mountains in the distance.
The large L shaped, lounge/dining area has 2 settees with coffee table and a LCD screen SKY TV with English channels movies etc.
The dining area has serving hatch to the kitchen and door leading to the front outside patio area, which has additional table and chairs for alfresco dining.
The fully fitted kitchen has all usual appliances including a microwave and washing machine.
One of the twin bedrooms is located on the ground floor together with one of the spacious bathrooms that has bath, shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet.
The master bedroom has double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe and leads on to the large balcony which has further seating area.
The second twin is located to the rear of the building as is the large bathroom containing bath, shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
The outside area not only has a front patio with table and chairs, but also a side patio with further seating.
There are 4 sun loungers for relaxing in this private landscaped garden with fruit trees.

El Mojon is a small Spanish village located on the shores of the Mediterranean at the border between Murcia and Alicante. The centre of the village comprises various Spanish residences with two shops; one bar and two restaurants open all year. Two further restaurants are open in the peak summer months. El Mojon is within sight of the larger towns of Pilar de la Horadada, San Pedro del Pinatar and Lo Pagan at Mar Menor, all with a wide variety of shops and restaurants.
In addition to the crystal clear Mediterranean and the golden sandy beach, the village looks out to the salt lakes, sand dunes and nature reserves for which the area is justly famous. At the Southern end of the village is the start of the "Mar Menor", and the Northern end looks out to the neighbouring village of Torre de La Horadada, which is within easy walking distance along a wooden walkway or along the beach.
El Mojon has some of the best beaches in Costa Blanca - stretching from Torre de la Horadada to the North down to the very tip at Punta des Algas. There are beach bars, play areas and foot showers to wash off that golden sand.
There are also a number of golf courses close by, Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and La Finca are only 15 minutes drive away and not forgetting the championship courses of La Manga.
Located 15 minutes from San Javier (Murcia) and 40 minutes from Alicante airport.
