Description: |
This is a spacious, comfortably furnished, 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, end of terrace townhouse which is ideal for 1 or 2 families. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedded rooms. There is a large lounge/dining room complete with dining table with seating for 8 and two large sofas. There is a CD player, DVD player and satellite TV. There is air conditioning/heating in the lounge and master bedroom with ceiling fans in all other bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a full size bath and shower, and a private terrace with table and chairs.
The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with frideg/freezer, oven, microwave etc. The washing machine is located in the utility area. Outside on the ground floor there are terraces to front and rear with table, chairs and loungers. The house is adjacent to the swimming pool.
The house has secure parking in the basement.
It’s location is ideal for access to the beach (10 mins walk), supermarkets (0.4 km nearest), shops, restaurants, bars (all within 5 mins walk) and the AP7 motorway which gives quick access to the historic cities of Murcia and Cartagena.
The area enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year. The World Health Organisation has listed the Mar Menor as one of the most healthiest places on earth. It is Europe’s largest seawater lagoon with 7kms of beaches which are all interconnected with beautiful promenades equipped with chalets, cafés, seating areas, fountains, bicycle lanes and access points for the disabled. The Mar Menor is separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22 kilometre long strip of land called La Manga. There are excellent water sports available (eg sailing, canooeing, wind surfing and water ski-ing) and the town is surrounded by a wide choice of first-class golf courses.

A £100 returnable security deposit is required and will be returned within 14 days of your departure, provided the house is left in good order. 10 euros per person is added for cleaning and laundry. |
