The property has a large through lounge with Satellite TV, DVD player and seating for 5. There is a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with all equipment supplied. There are two twin bedrooms and one double bedrooms, two full size bathrooms with showers over the baths and a very large sun terrace. There is a super communal swimming pool and the property is air conditioned and finished to a very high standard including full security grills.
The market town of Almoradi is just off the AP7 motorway, so access to airports at both Alicante and Murcia/San Javier is very easy. The golf course at La Finca is just 10 minutes away and there are 6 other golf courses within a 30 min drive from the house. The nearest beach is in the lovely town of Guardamar, there is plenty to see and do and visits to nearby villages such as Rojales, Benijofar etc are worthwhile.
A little further afield (20 min) is the tourist town of Torrevieja with all of its attractions.
