Description: |
This conveniently located traditional Spanish villa has extremely flexible living accommodation, with three principal bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) plus further single beds in an "ante room" and the second reception room. There are two bathrooms, plus a third loo (always useful!) and a well-equipped fitted kitchen with oven/hob and washing machine.
The very private garden is surrounded by lush greenery and there is a roof terrace too, from where the views to the countryside are spectacular. A covered porch provides some welcome shade for eating and relaxing, while there is ample poolside space for sunbathing. Of course there is the all-important barbecue to make the most of outdoor living.
Fans are provided for all main rooms, and for your entertainment there is satellite TV with main UK channels plus free-to-view, and a DVD/CD player. Air conditioning is planned for the summer of 2007.
The villa has easy access and is within a reasonable walk of a couple of supermarkets and several bars/restaurants. The local town of Coin and an out-of-town shopping mall are just a five minute drive away.
