There is a 100 euros dammage/ cleaning deposit, which you will get back upon departure.
For any booking will need 20% of the amount and the remaining balance 2 weeks before the due date.
There is a 10 % discount for 3 weeks rent and 15 % for more then 3 weeks.
Those prices does no include cleaning service.
From June to october, arrivals and departures are every saturdays.For the other months,flexible.
